They advised us that they would not… read moreAfter realising that our CH pump had failed one evening and after several disappointing calls to so-called ‘emergency heating engineers’ the following morning (none of whom were available for one reason or another) we contacted Home Inspirations who also offered an emergency service.
They advised us that they would not be able to attend until mid-evening which was fine with us. Ashley attended, acknowledged the problem and ended up initially isolating the system, due to the fact that new connectors were not available and promised to source the part and attend again first thing the following morning.
However, later that evening we received a call from Ashley to say that he’d managed to obtain the necessary connections from a colleague and could return to fit them, if still convenient to us. He completed the job at just after 11pm, leaving the area clean and tidy.
The cost was less than we’d been quoted by others and Ashley was most friendly, professional and we felt, went above and beyond our expectations.
Amazing service and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or recommend. read less

I gave these guys a call to tell them I had a “full to the brim” sewage blockage down a manhole. Within one hour they came and unblocked the nasty substance and gave it a good jet wash. Happy days! Will use again 🙂

Indoor plumbing work. Ashley came out super quick with his trusty sidekick Karl. ‘Had us back up and running after a SWW leak. ‘Quality plumbers,’ and I don’t say that lightly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Rang up at 1000pm due to toilet making loud noises and water coming out, arrived within 20mins and had it fixed within 20mins. Reasonable price and got the job done
