Brilliant service all round. called Ashley on a Sunday after we were left with no heating or hot water from another company, due to a gas leak they couldn’t find. These guys were the only ones willing to come out at such short notice, all was fixed and heating was back on in no time with minimal disruption and at a very resonable price. I will never use another company now and have recommended these guys to anyone in need. Thankyou so much!

Central Heating Pump Failure After realising that our CH pump had failed one evening and after several disappointing calls to so-called ‘emergency heating engineers’ the following morning (none of whom were available for one reason or another) we contacted Home Inspirations who also offered an emergency service.
They advised us that they would not be able to attend until mid-evening which was fine with us. Ashley attended, acknowledged the problem and ended up initially isolating the system, due to the fact that new connectors were not available and promised to source the part and attend again first thing the following morning.
However, later that evening we received a call from Ashley to say that he’d managed to obtain the necessary connections from a colleague and could return to fit them, if still convenient to us. He completed the job at just after 11pm, leaving the area clean and tidy.
The cost was less than we’d been quoted by others and Ashley was most friendly, professional and we felt, went above and beyond our expectations.
Amazing service and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or recommend.

Ash came this morning, on behalf of SWW to fix our shower. There was low pressure after a mains leak and it affected our shower. Ash sorted it out, gave me advice for maintaining my shower head, and was generally very friendly and professional. I would totally recommend him. He also called to book the appointment and turned up when he said he would. That is quite rare these days.

Absolutely brilliant team.Fixed a blocked pipe in an hour and three quarters and only had to lift two floor boards.Other plumbers that had been called in wanted to lift up laminate flooring and reroute pipes quoting at least half a days work.Ashley and his team went above and beyond crawling underneath the floorboards.Would not hesitate in recommending them for any job

Ash and his team have been extremely professional with the complete renovation of the bathroom in my rented property. It is so different and so beautiful now its complete, compared to how it was. Everything has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. They even replastered and painted the ceiling to prevent mould growth. Ancient bath removed and a new shower cubicle fitted which is more than I ever expected. These photos don’t do it any justice as it is quite a small room, but even our cat loves it in there 😂 They can occasionally be a little tricky to contact but i would 100% recommend them because their workmanship is brilliant. Ash is a very busy person but in case of plumbing or gas related emergencies he or his team are there at the drop of a hat. Thank you for your help and i can only apologise for having to deal with someone like me! I’m not the easiest of people! Thank you Ash x

Rang Ashley up as an 86 year old had no heating for 3 days. He turned up 10 minutes later, temporarily sorted the problem and 48 hours later had given her a new boiler and 3 new radiators. Fantastic customer service.

My landlady called Home Inspitations when the previous plumber didn’t show up and left me without water for 36 hours. What a fantastic team their boss must be really proud of them. Just had an emergency call out for a blocked toilet, we had no response from a few others we tried before, but then tried Ashley, he responded straight away and was at our home in 10 minutes, he dealt with the whole problem, which was more than just a blocked toilet. Ash came out to my property on the Sunday of a bank holiday weekend, after another gas engineer had failed to find any issue on the Saturday when my tenants had reported smelling gas. Ash found the problem and sorted it quickly, with a very reasonable emergency call out fee. I will now be using him for all my gas and plumbing work at my property. I recieved a good, quick and reliable service from Ashley. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and the jobs were done within 24 hours of my phone call. Our boiler suffered a fault and was quickly condemned by someone who came to see it. I called around for quotes and Ashley was quick to reassure me that the problem could be solved and came to the house within an hour on a very cold December evening. He was back the next day with the required parts and did everything possible to get us up and running again. Ashley was refreshingly honest and focused on helping and repairing rather than making money and that was so very much appreciated. I will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

48 hours. This is all it took for the guys at home inspirations to call, diagnose and fit my digital mixer shower and all this while working on another customers house. The added value of WhatsApp video calling allowed remote diagnosis, albeit clumsy video taking by myself to show these guys my problem. (don’t put ones ear to the camera) But honestly, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. They get the job done quickly and swiftly and always follow up with a courtesy call to see how you are.
